I have a carved mahogany coffee table with legs that are solid, carved squares (i.e. 2 legs rather than 4). I brought this table home from Honduras when I came home from the Peace Corps in Honduras in 1964. Years ago one leg broke off from the support piece of wood. Since then it has just been glued in place. Well the leg fell off again. Mr. Levitsky picked up the table at noon and had it back 24 hours later. i can’t tell the difference from the support that never broke and the leg screwed into that bar of wood and the side he fixed. They match perfectly and I didn’t even care because it’s on the underside. It shows the pride he takes in his work. The table is 52 years old and can last many more years. His skill is perfection while also being fast! Very professional. I will definitely recommend him. Oh, and it was worth every penny. The cost startled me until I saw the finished product.

This was my second request for the Levitskys services. I discovered some damage on my sideboard, and over-sized coffee table, which required a craftsman’s touch. As expected, the Levitskys did an amazing job, and came to my house to do it. They really are craftsman. The sideboard had a chunk taken out of one corner, and I am not able to see where the repair begins and ends. Repair just does not adequately describe the quality of their work.

We had Mr. Levitsky repair & restore our 100 year old dining room table and three of its chairs. He did beautiful and caring work. He went the extra effort to straighten the warped boards that extend the table. We would not hesitate to have them work on other furniture for us when the need arises.

I have a 100+ year old dresser with mirror that is a family heirloom. It had been damaged during a move and time had taken a toll on the finish. The Levitskys transformed this beloved antique back to its beautiful finish and usefulness. He also repaired a 50+ year end table to its original beauty and repaired the broken drawer. Mikhail returned the pieces ahead of time and they are gorgeous! I would not hesitate to recommend Mikhail and his wife as they are both highly skilled artists. Many thanks!
