I grew up with a beautiful solid maple wood table, chairs and leaf that I had not seen for 30 years. Another family member had it and decided he no longer wanted it. A chairs and a couple leafs were missing but I wanted it and had it shipped a 1000 miles to me. Then I found Mike just off the internet and loved his story and his real kindness. I just received it back and I had tears running down my cheeks and the memories flooded in with my mother and father. My daughter was there when we brought it in and she stood by it and says, this might sound silly but I smell Grandma And Grandpa! I am 70 years old and it was a part of my life till my father passed away and my childhood home was sold. The detail and the original look and color were restored SO beautifully!! His attention to the detail of the restoration process were done with perfection. Trust me it had seen and felt its 70 years by the way it looked but not anymore. It is so beautiful!!!!!! We have a 100+ year-old family bed frame and armoire set that was sitting in a garage and Michael transformed it. It now has all of its original beauty and charm restored and updated. We had a treasured antique dining room table well over 40 years old, which had suffered severe sun fading. Michael did a fantastic job in refinishing the table top so that its luster and finish are as good as new.
