I brought Mikhail a total wreck, and took home a piece of furniture that could easily be placed at any auction house. I would never believe it could be made solid enough to support anyone’s weight ever again. We had 12 chairs and a table that were badly damaged when our basement flooded. I enjoy showing everyone the place where he had to undo and refit 12 pieces of carving in the space of a few square inches. Amazing work! Our arm chair and footstool were repaired and reupholstered with the finest fabrics. The looked just as they did when my grandparents had purchased them years ago. At least I have the comfort knowing if anything was ever damaged I know it could be restored.

He returned the call immediately. He came to the house within two days and gave us a estimate on price and timeframe. He listened to what we needed to accomplish. When we gave him the material, we gave him two different ones by mistake. He called to have us make a decision on which one we needed. He completed the work much sooner than estimated and the chairs look like new. He was easy to work with and stayed on the estimate. No hidden charges.

He repaired the legs on my dining room table, and stabilized one post on my 4 poster bed.

He also surprised me by replacing a large chunk of wood on one of the posts that was damaged by movers. It is perfect, you can’t tell that the post was damaged. He just threw that in with the other repairs.
